Branded portal

Tenants log in to a portal at your domain. Your logo, your colours, your app name. The support email they see is yours.

AI agent configuration

Tenants build and tune their agent via a prompt builder and knowledge base editor — no technical knowledge required.

Connections

Tenants authorise connections to Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Trello, and others — triggering real actions during calls.

Call log and transcripts

Every call is logged with a full transcript, AI summary, and urgency score. Tenants can review, search, and export from their dashboard.

Partner FAQs

We tailor commercial terms per partner based on your customer base, expected volume, and deployment profile. There is no public rate card — talk to us directly and we'll work through the numbers together.
First-line support stays with you as the partner — you know your customers. For platform-level issues we provide a dedicated escalation channel. We track technical issues internally and target a response within one business day. We'll work with you to define an escalation runbook during onboarding.
App name, domain, logo, brand colours, and support email are all configurable from your admin portal. Your tenants never see dareena.ai in the UI or in any outbound communications. Call summaries, SMS notifications, and email alerts all carry your branding.
Partners are billed monthly. Usage is metered in real time — you can see per-tenant consumption from your admin dashboard at any time during the month. Statements are generated monthly and reconcile against your own tenant billing.
For the AI Connector deployment model, your customer's PBX routes calls to dareena.ai as a SIP destination — the trunk on that side is under the customer's control. For AI Answer and AI Director deployments, we provision NZ numbers directly. Bring-your-own-number via number porting is also supported.
You own the customer relationship — we never deal with your tenants directly. If you decide to exit the partnership, we provide a reasonable notice period and support data export for your tenants' call logs and configuration. We don't hold your customers captive.
