Expressive voices bill at 1.5× the platform per-minute rate. Expressive is a per-voice setting on the dashboard — switch on when a tenant wants ultra-realistic prosody for higher-stakes calls.

This isn't a feature gate — it's a per-voice billing flag the partner controls in their admin.
